Solidarity and Action Against the HIV Infection in India (SAATHII) amplifies the voices of LGBTQI people and seeks universal access to rights, health, legal and social services for communities marginalised due to their gender, sexuality, or HIV status across India. SAATHII uses support from GiveOut to administer a fellowship program enabling local activists to focus their work on LGBTQI rights full-time, which has included supporting transgender individuals to access healthcare, legal aid, housing and to challenge discriminatory laws and policies.
