ERA is the regional umbrella organisation representing the LGBTQI movement across the Western Balkans and Turkey. With over 80 member organisations spanning 9 countries, ERA serves as a united voice addressing common challenges faced by LGBTQI communities. They produce research and provide resources, capacity development support, and training to strengthen member organisations’ advocacy efforts and better serve LGBTQI individuals.
