Aclan is Chief of Staff at Identity Ventures, backing LGBTQ+ founders across Europe. He previously worked at the Boston Consulting Group, the World Economic Forum, and Siemens, leading global projects in operations and strategy. Born and raised in Turkey, he studied mechanical and industrial engineering in Upstate New York, before moving to Berlin, Germany.
