Derechos Humanos y Diversidad

Argentina

Derechos Humanos y Diversidad (DHD) is an Argentina-based, LGBTQI-led organisation that promotes human rights and inclusion across Latin America and the Caribbean. Based on an intersectional approach, DHD offers direct support to LGBTQI asylum seekers and refugees—including legal assistance, trauma-informed mental health care, healthcare referrals, and safe community spaces for integration. The organisation also leads advocacy and regional coordination efforts to expand protections, enhance access to essential services, and counter anti-gender narratives. By combining grassroots support with policy engagement, DHD strives to ensure that the voices of displaced and marginalised LGBTQI individuals are central in shaping more just, inclusive, and sustainable responses.
