ILGA Asia is the Asian arm of the International Lesbian Gay Bisexual Trans and Intersex Association, representing more than 100 member organisations. They work to enhance the solidarity of LGBTQI communities through networking and collaboration, and strengthen the capacity of LGBTQI civil society to effectively advocate for the respect, protection, and fulfilment of their human rights, as well as increase understanding and acceptance of the public towards LGBTQI identities.
