J-FLAG is the largest LGBTQI organisation in Jamaica. The organisation advocates for the rights, livelihood, and well-being of the LGBTQI community, with its work focusing on promoting social change, building tolerance and acceptance, and empowering the Jamaican LGBTQI community. J-FLAG advocates for changes in law and policy to improve the lives of LGBTQI individuals in Jamaica, as well as providing welfare and support services, such as operating the only helpline for LGBTQI youth in the country.
