Sebastián (they/them) plays a pivotal role in building, shaping and executing our philanthropy plans in Germany.
They are a Colombian creative and activist who amplifies LGBTQI voices through culture and the arts. As co-founder of Maricafest!, a festival celebrating queer identities in Colombia, and board member of HIV awareness foundation Más Que Tres Letras, they champion community visibility and health advocacy.
Based in Berlin, they collaborate with We Are Village and the Instinct Art Project, using their expertise in design and cultural production to empower queer communities across Latin America and Europe.
