Lee Mauve Patron is Operations Director (maternity cover) at GiveOut. She has nearly 20 years’ experience working across education, health, local government and the charity sector, supporting organisations to build the strong systems, teams and financial foundations needed to deliver meaningful change. Before joining GiveOut, she was Chief Operating Officer and Interim CEO at a national social mobility and education charity where she led on finance, governance, strategy, people & culture, and digital development.
Alongside her professional work, Lee Mauve has a long-standing commitment to social justice and community organising, including work focused on LGBTQI health, racial justice and education equity. She is passionate about supporting efforts to shift resources and decision-making power towards communities most impacted by inequity.
